Hi! I’m Julia and this is my blog. This year I’m doing my EVS here in Zagreb. But how did I get here?
It all started in March 2019. I applied for a youth exchange in Romania and got selected. I really loved it. I learnt so much, met so many people, everything was just great. That was my first project ever related to Erasmus+. After that, it changed it all: I started travelling more, applied for more projects, got to know myself a bit… And I decided to put my life in pause and do a long term volunteering project.
I’ve been always living in Spain, so this was a huge change. And why Zagreb? Well, the real question is… Why not? Even though ja ne govorim hrvastki (yet). The organisation I’m working at is Outward Bound Croatia – check them out! They’re amazing.
